Nexus by JustPressOne
Use this form to ask JustPressOne to delete your Nexus account and the personal information we hold about you. You do not need the Nexus app installed, and you do not need to be signed in.
Nexus accounts are issued by employers, not by individuals. You cannot sign up for Nexus on your own — your account was created by the organization that employs or engages you. That organization can also deactivate and delete your account directly, and asking your Nexus administrator is usually the fastest route.
If you would rather come to us, submit the form below and we will handle it.
Once we verify your identity, we delete the following within 30 days and confirm it to you in writing:
| Deleted | Retained |
|---|---|
| Your name, work email address, and profile photo | Call and message logs, call recordings, and voicemail |
| Your password and login credentials | Notes and client records you created |
| Your session and API tokens | Anything the law requires us to keep |
| Your push notification tokens | |
| Your role, permissions, and queue assignments |
Why some records stay. The items in the right column document work performed for the organization that issued your account. They belong to that organization, we hold them only as its service provider, and whether they are deleted is its decision rather than ours. If your request covers them, we will pass it to that organization within 10 business days, help it respond, and tell you who to follow up with.
Retained records are subject to our standard 90-day retention period unless a longer period applies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with the word “Appeal” and your reasons. If we deny the appeal, California residents may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency; residents of other states may contact their state attorney general.
